The Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Socio-Cultural Sciences strives to prepare alumni who can implement Islamic values in non-clinical psychology services based on scientific principles. To achieve this goal, we have experts in clinical psychology, social psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, developmental and educational psychology, and Islamic psychology. Our curriculum is always updated and structured by emphasizing mastery of theoretical concepts, methodologies, assessment skills, and non-clinical interventions.

The Department of Communication Sciences has three areas of interest: Broadcast Journalism, Strategic Communication, and Culture and Creative Media. Our department has a strong network of cooperation with the media and communication industry, government institutions related to media and communication, and more.
Studying at the Department of Communication Sciences at Universitas Islam Indonesia can enrich your experience, insight, and skills in the fields of Public Relations, Journalism and Media Studies, and Creative Media. Our Department has advanced laboratories for practicums, including Audiovisual Laboratory, Audio Laboratory, Photography & Multimedia Laboratory, and the NADIM Center for Alternative Media Studies and Documentation (PSDMA). The Department of International Relations (IR) is designed for students who want to obtain a deep understanding of the interactions between various agents involved in international politics, including states, international organizations, non-profit organizations, non-governmental organizations and certain entities such as bureaucracies and local government and individuals. The study of the interaction of countries and world agents is still a necessity. Therefore, this department is committed to organizing quality learning programs that provide insight into knowledge and skills regarding aspects of relations between nations.
Human security and international relations studies from Islamic perspective is the hallmark and excellence of The Department of International Relations. Graduates from this department are expected to have a strong Islamic character as well as analytical and practical reasoning to various international phenomena. Based on the Decree of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education Number: 1768/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/VII/2018, dated July 10 2018, currently the International Relations Study Program has received B accreditation.

FPSCS UII’s Professional Psychology Master’s Degree Program offers a wide range of opportunities to explore theories, concepts, and implementation of Islamic Psychology.
Through various study concentrations, including Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, as well as Industrial and Organizational Psychology, this program provides opportunity for students to gain deeper understanding on the field and experience work practices in the Psychiatric/General Hospitals and the Community Health Centers (Clinical Psychology), Educational Institutions from Kindergarten to University (Educational Psychology), and several national and multinational companies (Industrial and Organizational Psychology).
Graduates from this program are equipped with various competences, including (a) personal management, (b) psychological knowledge, and (c) professionalism in psychological practices and research.
