EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT & TRAINING

Duties & Responsibilities

1. To administer training needed by coordinating, budgeting the expenses, arrange

     implementation, monitoring, evaluating, settlement and prepare the report.

2. To handle selection and recruitment process.

3. To prepare the monthly personnel report

4. To arrange HRD orientation for new employee

5. Organize apprenticeship/student attachment program in the company.              

QUALIFICATION                                          

  • Education  : Bachelor Degree/S1 Psychology 
  • Have a good communication skills in English                       
  • Knowledge on HR Management
  • Knowledge on ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 14001 (EMS) : 
  • Willing to be base in Batam Island
