RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Responsibility:

Advertise Job Vacancy on appropriate media, Track, screen and coordinate application, interviews, doing Psychological Test, maintain for Man Power Planning and Processing administration new employee. 

Requirements:

·          Bachelor degree in Psychology and Profession program

·          Having min 2 years of recruitment experience

·          Strong Proficiency of interview skill and using various assessment tools Good analytical thinking

·          Dynamic and flexible

·          Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill

·          Fluency in English both oral and written

·          Computer literacy

·          Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task
