* Min. 1 year experience in same position
* Min. 1 year experience in conducting psychological test and familiar with psychological tools.
* Can work under pressure, , target oriented, good in conceptual and analytical thinking, Good communication skill, willing to travel.
* Strong organizational and leadership background.
* Have good networking with executive search atau headhunter.
